She studied Film and Television many years ago at university and uses her knowledge to dissect the newest releases. When not in front of a laptop, she wanders around various European cities with a backpack and a little dog.

While it’s still a good few months before Poor Things is released theatrically in the U.S., the movie just premiered at the prestigious Venice Film Festival to universal acclaim. The film’s star, Emma Stone, is at the center of widespread praise for her performance.

It’s easy to see why. Since debuting in 2007’s Superbad, Stone has become a Hollywood fixture and earned several accolades, including an Oscar and a Golden Globe nomination. Her filmography ranges from action blockbusters to comedies to historical gems, and it’s hard to imagine today’s cinema without her compellingly unique acting style.

Emma Stone has been in many films over the years, and these are the best of them, according to IMDb users.
