With worldwide gross earnings surpassing $1.3 billion, Barbie is officially 2023’s top-earning blockbuster. Greta Gerwig’s pink comedy about the famed Mattel doll has now joined a very elite rank of films to earn over $1 billion globally at the Box Office. 

But in the grand scheme of big-budget blockbusters, Barbie isn’t quite at the top of the list. These are cinema’s 20 biggest financial hits, ranked based on how much they earned globally at the Box Office.
