Kristen Kotz graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in journalism from Kent State University in 2009. During college, she was a reporter for the Daily Kent Stater, covering fashion, entertainment and lifestyle stories. After graduation, she worked as a reporter for the Bee Group Newspapers until 2011, when she transitioned to marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has conducted market research and generated leads for 15 years.
